Hello, we are Various Grounds
Various Grounds is a collective for art projects and gatherings that grow out of bodies, materials and relations
We are currently interested in how surfaces, rituals and gestures carry memory: how a body remembers, how a material erodes, how a shared table or a pot of food can become an archive, knowing these questions may shift as new bodies, materials and relations join us.
Starting from London and reaching towards Istanbul, Various Grounds will host exhibitions, performances and art gatherings.
This account will hold traces of what we are thinking about, working on and doing together.
